Fourth of July

It's the most wonderful time of the year...

No. It isn't Christmas! It's the summertime!

Between the weekend and this week, all my days and nights have been a blur. A theme that will undoubtedly continue until 2013. After the party Saturday night, Ben and Ashley moved in for a couple of days in preparation for the annual Fourth of July party at Bubba and Pam's. I was picked up from work at 5 p.m. on Tuesday and we headed to the coast to meet our party of 14 for dinner at Capone's. I had been looking forward to Tuesday and the Fourth for so long. It's sad how quick it came and went by.

This past weekend several friends of Amanda and Nathan gathered to throw a Stock the Bar party in honor of the happy couple. November 17 will be here before we know it! For the first large (and in large I mean over 100 people) party at 116 Creedmoor, I think it would be fair to say that it was a success. Amanda and Nathan had a huge crowd, were showered with numerous Stock the Bar gifts (Pimm's even made an appearance) and everyone seemed to have a great time. 

A big thanks to everyone who helped put on the Stock the Bar extravaganza (especially those that didn't have to -- you know who you are). It wouldn't have been a success without you!
